Terms & Conditions

  1. All goods shall remain in the sole ownership of The Wall Story Pte Ltd (TWS) until such time where all monies payable have been received by TWS.
  2. All goods must be fully paid for prior to delivery and installation. In the event that monies is still owed to TWS,it will constitute a breach of contract and warranties will be voided immediately.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to availability.
  4. In the event , the ordered goods are not available any longer or cannot be delivered for legal reasons . TWS can either offer goods equal in quality and price or withdraw from the contract. TWS will refund payments already made after withdrawing the contract.
  5. All goods purchased where confirmation of designs have been made are non-refundable. Any changes in design after confirmation will be subject to an additional 30% handling fee.
  6. TWS does not provide sealer or installation services on Sundays and public Holidays. For after office hours service , an additional charge of SGD100 per roll of wallpaper will be levied upon you. In the event of the customer or his/her appointed representative is not present on the scheduled date and time of the sealer or installation service, an additional service fee of SGD100 will be charged for the next visit. The customer has the responsibility for calling in to reschedule through our customer hotline (67444577) or via sms (96277287).
  7. Delivery and installation will normally be between 14 and 21 days upon confirmation of design and full payment received. However , but this cannot be guaranteed. If any products are out of stock,you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. We strive to serve you better on a best effort basis. TWS shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery.
  8. TWS employees or anyone under their charge are not required to dismantle any fixtures ,shifting of furniture or fragile objects. TWS will not be responsible for any broken furniture or scratched flooring. It is customers responsibility to provide a safe workspace for our service team.
  9. Wallcovering purchased at different times will have color variations and may not match previously bought wallcoverings. These variations do not constitute defects.
  10. TWS employees and anyone under their charge have the right to work in a safe and non-abusive environment. Customers who are abusive or display inappropriate behaviour will not be patronised.
  11. Any defects should be reported to TWS immediately if is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by TWS in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to TWS. The liability of TWS will not exceed the value of products supplied. In particular , loss of profits ,consequential financial ,opportunity or emotional loss and other such losses are excluded.
  12. All TWS products have a limited Warranty of 6 months for workmanship(jointlines and peeling) and 6 months for colour fastness. Do note that peeling and color fastness caused by water seepage resulting in high moisture content in customer wall will not be covered under our Warranty. Poor base coat paint on customer wall resulting in peeling will also not be covered under our Warranty. In additional Our Warranty does not cover wear & tear or customers failure to take reasonable care. Common or slight variations in quality , finish, pattern and colours are not considered or accepted as faults. Visible faults are also excluded from complaints if the customer has already started using the goods.
  13. All installation of our wall coverings indicated in our contract are for normal smooth wall surfaces of height not exceeding 3.2 meters. For installation of walls of height exceeding 3.2 meters, ceiling, staircase area, wooden door & cabinets and plastering of uneven walls , additional charges will applies. Installation also does not include removal of existing wall coverings.
  14. Upon confirmation of installation , it is the customers responsibility to inspect the workmanship and report to TWS any issues regarding the quality & finishes of the installation within 3 days upon completion of work.
